August 2011

Praises:
- For the completion of the renovation of the two dorm rooms and the new bathroom including new tile floors, renovated beds, new curtains and new paint.
- For Lynae’s graduation celebration made extra special by having Don Gahagen give her graduation message.
Prayers:
- For safe travel and good adjustment for Lynae as she starts her college career at Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, GA.
- For Larry as he is preaching through Romans during August and September at Divine Redeemer church in Huaraz.
As Larry continues to consistently share the Scriptures with the people in Huallcor, Jauna, Ututupampa and Collahuasi that God’s Spirit would move within their hearts confirming the truth and calling many into a saving relationship through Christ.
For the children that Sandy teaches in Collahuasi to be changed by the things they are learning through the work of the Holy Spirit so that they would be the world changers in that community.

I read Dr. Dauermann's blog and it certainly is a coemlpling idea but, like the overarching concept of bilateral ecclesiology, operationalizing this effort will take quite a bit of planning before it can be implemented.I also happened to read an article published last April by anti-missionary , and it would be interesting to see how he (and Jews for Judaism) responds to Dr. Dauermann's approach.
