Pray for John and Sue and the
East Asia Retreat


Dear Cathy,

We are on our way to Chiang Mai, Thailand to lead a retreat for the folks with our organisation that work in that big country in East Asia.
We just want to remind you to please ask the Father to bless this time. Here are some specific requests:

Praise:
1)Thank Him for providing 4 people to help with baby care and a childrens' program during the retreat.
2)Praise Him for a worship leader! A fellow worker with our organisation who lives in Thailand is coming to help us very musically challenged retreat leaders!
3)We are both feeling very well and ready to travel!
4)We were able to stop in Atlanta and say hello and get hugs from Rebekah and Ruthanne before we left on this trip!

Prayer:
1) For safe travels and that we would arrive not needing too much recovery time from jet lag and travelling.
2) For the safe arrival of the 33 adults and 12 children arriving from all corners of that big country and the USA.
3) For the details that still need to be taken care of once our retreat team is on the ground. Ask him to help us - John and Sue, and our colleague, Kendra. We have done most of the planning and organising.
4) For the Father to bless the talks that John is giving from the book of Jude. And for Paul Taylor - Int'l Director for Asia Pacific as he gives the state of what is up in the area and an encouraging word on the subject of why we are all doing this in the first place!.
5) We will also hear from two men who are involved with what the Father is doing all over the country.
6) For the rest and sp. refreshment of those coming!
7) For the children to be happy and content.
